Toledo
Public Schools in Ohio is busy developing a new policy to take aim at online
bullying. “I think that cyberbullying has become more and more evident every
year, just because social media has expanded so much,” says TPS Chief of Staff,
Brian Murphy.
Many
school districts’ do not have such detailed cyberbullying policies as the one
being proposed at TPS. Bullying can be accessed 24-7 with all the apps and
messaging services students have at their fingertips.
