Thomas Wade pulled his three children out of high school to
prevent them from falling victim to bullying. Wade’s daughter noticed her
friend was being bullied and that the teachers at school seemed to ignore it.
It went as far as her switching classes because she could no longer concentrate
on her work.
After a particular incident, she was told to contact the
supervisors. It took over three months for someone to acknowledge the problem.
At that point Wade said, “I just wanted her out.”
