Maryland Girl Pleads ‘Responsible’ For Bullying


After her case was transferred from adult to juvenile court, the 17-year-old girl pleaded “responsible” for bullying a 16-year-old autistic boy. In Leonardtown, Maryland, the teenage girl entered the plea to charges of second-degree assault and distribution of an obscene video.

Rally Seeks An End To Bullying


Six Flags Great Adventure Showcase Theater was filled with about 200 students silently soaking in the images in front of them.  A film featuring pictures of blood-soaked floors and furniture was part of their first lesson. The film showed the struggle many teenagers face with being bullied, the isolation they feel and the horrible outcome that contributed to 1999’s Columbine High School Massacre.

Delia Garcia- Bratcher, 30, is being accused of choking a 12-year-old boy suspected of bullying her daughter. After furthering investigation, Garcia-Bratcher’s lawyers have release a report that states witnesses saw the victim choke himself.

Mom Sarah Cymbaluk of Foston, MN gained attention for posting a video on Facebook of her 9-year-old daughter crying after being bullied on the school bus. The school district, which admits that the case has “slipped through the cracks”, was notified of the bullying as early as last December.

Teenage Girls Accused of Assaulting, Bullying Autistic Boy


Two teenage girls have been charged for bullying a 16-year-old autistic boy by holding a knife to his throat and forced him to perform various sexual activities on them. 17-year-old Lauren Ashley Bush has been charged as an adult in St. Mary’s County in southern Maryland with two count of first-degree assault and two counts of second-degree-assault.

Bill for Anti-Bullying May Hit Dead End in Iowa


A bill proposing new anti-bullying tactics in the school system in expected to be dismissed by the Senate in Iowa. The new bill, known as Senate File 2318, is being rejected mainly for two revisions made after it was approved previously by the Senate.
