Should schools be able to regulate off-campus
bullying? Some bullies are getting away with what lawmakers and educators are
referring to as the “bullying loophole.”
As of this past Tuesday, Illinois has
joined a list of 12 other stats, including the District of Colombia that will
allow schools to pursue off-campus bullying and hopefully help stop this
growing issue in America today. The logistics are still being worked out and
nothing is definite yet, but what is absolute is that this is a problem that
needs to be stopped soon.
