Schools in Michigan are taking steps to combat bullying
problems with their “Okay to Say” program and anti-bullying summit. The summit
addressed students, teachers, and other faculty with tools and strategies to
deal with bullying in the school system, which included a speech by Michigan
Attorney General Bill Schuette.

both in and outside of school, technology will be used in a positive way to
battle those problems. A new tip line is being introduced to students to report
issues or concerns anonymously via their mobile device through as app or text
message.
