Bullying is something most of us think
happens between children, teenagers, and even young adults going to college and
having full-time jobs.
According to a study releases by Career Builder reveals how nearly one
third of workers report having been bullied at their workplace at some point.
Even worse, 20% of those people ended up leaving their jobs because of the
issue.
More information gathered by the study,
exposes how people earning less than $50,000 felt they were bullied by their
superiors, as opposed to those who were earning a salary of over $50,000
Career Builder recommends for people
who feel bullied at the work place to keep a detailed log of each situation,
including time and place of the incident/s with the names of the people
involved.
