School Seeks Deceased Boy’s Records In Bullying Lawsuit

Parents of a boy who killed himself last year are suing the lawyers for the Missouri school district. The child, who came out as a bisexual was subject to relentless teasing and harassment.
The child’s classmates were regularly threatening to beat him up and telling him to hang himself. His parents say that the child allegedly told the school about the bullying, but to no avail. He committed suicide two days after he was dropped off at the bus stop, when one of his classmates yelled out to him do everyone a favor and to hang himself.
