Bullied Georgia Teen Receives Free Plastic Surgery

Nadia Ilse, a Georgia teen no longer has to be called by the name “Dumbo” by her peers for her “elephant ears”. Isle, who began being bullied in first grade, begged her mom at the age of 10 for an otoplasty – an operation to pin her ears back.
She is now 14 and was recently granted her wish by the Little Baby Face Foundation – an charity that provides free corrective surgery to children who were born with facial deformities.

Not only did the foundation provide her with a free operation to pin back her ears, they also performed reduction rhinoplasty (an operation that reduces the size of one’s nose), and a mentoplasty (alters the size of one’s chin) – operations that add up to a total of $40,000.
