New York Fights for a Bill Against Workplace Bullying

Mike Schlicht, of New York Healthy Workplace Advocates, was a victim of workplace bullying. He is fighting for a “Healthy Workplace Bill” to prevent bullying in the workplace. Schlicht wants companies to adopt this bill and enforce policies to prevent bullying. 

Half of the New York State Assembly is in favor of the bill, but more votes from the state Senate are needed to pass it.
