A new computer software has been created to help kids learn how to deal with bullying. “Act Now” allows for children to replicate real-life situations that involve bullying.
The game-based software teaches children the best way to react to bullying situations, whether they are the victim or they are witnessing a peer be bullied. In today’s society, children are intrigued with technology, so this new software allows them to be interactive. Milwaukee schools have been using the new technology and faculty and staff say they have noticed a decrease in bullying since using the program.
