When bullying is the topic of discussion, usually school-aged
children and classrooms are the focus. However, bullying is also present beyond
a school environment, reaching out to the office and workplace.
Aside from the
obvious signs, bullying in the workplace may come from subtle actions such as
social isolation and distorting the truth. Managers using bullying tactics may
impose impossible expectations upon their employees, leaving no room for them
to succeed. Such actions can leave to angry and frustrated employees with
trouble keeping up performance.
