A restraining order has been filed against an
unidentified 9-year-old boy after he allegedly bullied a fellow student. That
student’s father, Stephan Feuder, is fighting for school and legal action after
his son was allegedly physically bullied one school grounds.
Feuder has filed
the restraining order but because the school district is refusing to reveal the
student’s full name and address, the order has not been able to be served and
go into effect. The order would require the student to stay at least 2 yards
away from Feuder’s son. The school superintendent, Kris Corey, claims that the
incident was not a case of bullying because it was not multiple situations over
time.
